Seven of Swords

"I heard things in Azkaban, Peter... they all think you're dead, or you'd have to answer to them..." - Sirius Black

The Seven of Swords is a sneaky card, indicating stealing away from responsibilities, turning one's back on honor, or hiding from society.

No one would have suspected that Peter Pettigrew would be capable of the horrible deeds he orchestrated under his meek, simpering exterior, much less that he would go into hiding in the most pathetic manner to avoid the consequences. He is despised amongst the ranks of the Order of the Phoenix and Death Eaters alike as a dishonorable coward whose only usefulness to the Dark Lord is being too spineless to defy him.
