Six of Swords

"So, one night when they opened my door to bring food, I slipped past them as a dog..." - Sirius Black

The Six of Swords indicates a period of the blues, or a slump. However, it can also lead to recovery, often through travel, whether physically or spiritually. This card is often associated with a nautical image.

"Slump" is far too light a word to describe the horrors of Azkaban, but Sirius has escaped his prison and is paddling his way towards mainland and freedom. It is a major step in his recovery towards a more normal, healthy life.
